Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life
Working at Alpha
While working at Alpha one would find the people who strive for excellence and encourage innovation. Apart from a few hierarchies, the experienced lawyers encourage and emphasis on the importance of teamwork, hence, there is always someone to seek an opinion or advice from.
Once part of a particular practice or team, you would be considered as a valuable member from the very onset. Working alongside your team to deliver results and solutions based on commercial judgment and integrity, these are the ethics that would form the foundation of your career with us.
During your internship period at Alpha, we understand the importance of projects undertaken by trainees and interns. As a result, to make sure that the intern takes back with him/her valuable training experience, we have divided your internship period into two distinct parts – research work and project work. We appreciate the gap between the formal legal education at law schools and universities and the actual on the job work. In order to bridge this gap, our interns are made aware of the latest research techniques and accustomed to the working culture of a law firm.
A law graduate from a national law university or a recognised university, fresher to 4 yrs of PQE is eligible to apply for the position of an Associate. The subjects opted for during the law degree, any specialisations, work done so far in a particular practice area are some of the criteria that will be kept in mind while deciding the eligibility of a candidate for a particular vacancy.
Candidates strictly meeting the criteria would then be shortlisted and called for a formal interview with the concerned practice head for a technical interview.
